• Just a note to say how much I and my friend Gill Horn enjoyed the conference on Saturday.
  The speakers were all so very interesting and I was particularly impressed with Raymond Honeyman, who has always been one of my heroes (as a colourist he is second to none) and managed to speak with him at the prize giving – it’s wonderful to find someone whose passion for his work shines through his personality !

  The grandson of a friend of mine is graduating from the Royal Canadian Air Cadets glider course at CFB Trenton on Thursday, August 13th, and will be receiving his Glider Wings.
  His grandfather, an ex-RAF Battle of Britain Spitfire pilot, wished to make a token presentation of his own RAF wings to his grandson at the graduation dinner to follow but he did not have a pair of RAF wings with the King’s crown.  When he told me of his dilemma, I thought of contacting the RAF Association for assistance and, through them, I was put in touch with your services.  The wings arrived today via airmail and have been delivered to the grandfather who is delighted.
  As an 87 year old retired RCAF Squadron Leader and WWII veteran Spitfire Pilot, I am very pleased to have been a part of this little heart-warming drama and wanted you to know how much we both appreciated your prompt handling of my order which made it all possible.
